Amber DeVantier is the Executive Director of Ultimate Collegiate Exposure and resides in Saratoga Springs, NY. She spent six years coaching women’s basketball at SUNY Delhi and has spent the last four years working closely with college athletic departments. A former women’s basketball player at SUNY New Paltz, Amber remains deeply involved in the sport as a board member for Saratoga Battle Basketball and as a coach for 4th and 5th grade girls' teams.

Amber is married to Kevin DeVantier, a former men’s basketball coach with 15 years of experience, including stops at SUNY Sullivan and Norfolk State University. Together, they have three daughters: Kennidy (11), Rori (9), and Finley (7).

Matt Bullis currently works as a 5th Grade Teacher in the D.C. Everest School District. He was a coach in the DCE Girls program for 22 years, with the last 11 coming as head coach. He helped guide the Evergreens to five conference titles, several regional titles, a sectional title and state runner up in 2015. He holds a BS from UW-Stevens Point in Elementary Education. Matt and his wife Lauren, who was an All-Conference Basketball player at UW-Stevens Point, have three kids, Braeden, McKenna and Aria.

Brad Duckworth

Duckworth currently serves as the director of athletics at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Previously, Duckworth severed as the head women's basketball coach at Alverno College, State University of New York - New Paltz, and Western Technical College. Duckworth, a 2023 inductee into the Alverno College Hall of Fame, left as the program's all-time winningest coach. Duckworth was also the director of athletics at Alverno College. During his tenure at SUNY-New Paltz, Duckworth served also served three seasons as the head softball coach.

Nationally, Duckworth has served in several capacities. Notably, Duckworth chaired the NCAA Women's Basketball rules committee when the committee made sweeping changes to the playing rules (moving from halves to quarters and much more). Duckworth also served as the National Chair for the NCAA Division III Softball Championship and currently serves the entire NCAA on the Playing Rules Oversight Panel.

Duckworth has a BS in Sport Management, MS in Sport Administration, and EdD in Student Affairs and Leadership from UW-La Crosse. Duckworth also has an MBA from Alverno College. Duckworth's dissertation, NCAA Division III Student Athlete Perceptions of Title IX, was published in 2020.

Brad is married to Rebecca. Rebecca, a former college softball and volleyball player, plays a key role in the successes of UTC. Rebecca is currently an oncology nurse at Aspirus Hospital Stevens Point. Brad and Rebecca have two children, Bennett and Beau.
